23.09.2024 | Business, Culture, CareerProcess orientation in VEMAG
We have been a process-oriented organisation since 2022. A standardised approach in our daily publishing work is very important to us - with clear responsibilities and accountabilities and with defined inputs and outputs.
We use our process model as a guard rail and not as a guideline for every mouse click. The most important workflows of our value-adding processes are modelled and can be viewed online by all colleagues at any time. The personal contribution and responsibility of all participants for the process steps are visible in each individual process step. Interfaces between individual processes and areas of responsibility are clarified and organised - this creates clarity in day-to-day business and facilitates onboarding.
This overall view brings us closer together as a company. We all keep an eye on the steps that need to be taken to achieve our common goal.
We focus on our processes on a daily basis, we optimise existing processes and model new ones. Our process model serves as a sound basis for rapid and targeted adjustments in a complex working environment.
In fact, we are so good at process orientation that our two internal process management consultants were speakers at the largest German-speaking process management congress in 2023.
